The Unified Agenda shows the timeline for the OSHA standard updates. The agenda was changed to show a final publication of April 2008 rather than January 2008, but the standard has now been further delayed. The new information on the final publication date has not yet been published in the Unified Agenda (as of April 28, 2008).
The Explanation and Proposed Rule was published in the Federal Register and shows the proposed changes to the text of the OSHA standards as well as explaining why the changes are being made.
