David J. Marne, P.E. is a registered professional electrical engineer. Mr. Marne is the author of McGraw-Hill’s National Electrical Safety Code® (NESC®) Handbook and is a nationally recognized speaker on the NESC®. He is company president and senior electrical engineer for Marne and Associates, Inc. in Missoula, Montana where he specializes in National Electrical Safety Code® (NESC®) training and applications. Grant D. Glaus, P.E. is a registered professional electrical engineer. Mr. Glaus is a principal voting member of NESC® Subcommittee 5, Overhead Lines— Strength and Loading. Mr. Glaus joined Marne and Associates, Inc. in 2005 after working for another engineering design firm where he was responsible for engineering transmission and distribution line projects, electrical system planning studies, and joint use projects as well as creating various software packages for the electric and telecommunications industries. He has created and presented seminars on Distribution Line Design; OSHA 1910.269-Electric Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution; OSHA 1910.268- Telecommunications; and on the NESC® with specific focuses such as NESC® Changes, NESC® Rules for Joint-Use Construction and general NESC® classes. |

Morgan Johnson is a recent graduate of the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana with a BS in Business, Emphasis in Marketing. Morgan joined Marne & Associates, Inc. in 2007 taking on the position of Marketing Coordinator. Morgan’s duties include marketing Marne and Associates NESC®, OSHA and Distribution Line Design training seminars. Morgan is active in matching Marne and Associates training options (public seminars, in-house seminars, web seminars, and eLearning modules) to each clients needs. In addition to client relations, Morgan is responsible for graphic design and helps promote engineering and expert witness activities. |
